WATERCRAFT® 12 or 24 volt DC MOTOR DRIVEN, STAINLESS STEEL WATERMAKERS: These are available in two types:-

Direct drive with outputs from 5 galls/hour (GPH) to 15 GPH using between 20 & 60 amps @ 12VDC

Belt drive with outputs up to 16 GPH using between 40 and 75 amps @ 12VDC

Direct drive units are easier to install since the pump is mounted directly on to the motor. Belt drives need to have the sheaves of the pump and motor well aligned.

Both types are supplied with the following components as standard:-

Pre-filter - transparent 10" housing with 3/4" ports

Pre-filter gauge in SS316 to monitor the inlet conditions, especially that of the filters.

Stainless steel 316L CAT high pressure (HIP) pump with SS316 fittings.

Pressure vessel, with SS316 end-caps, rated at 1000 PSI, holding the membrane.

SS316 HIP control valve rated at over 3000 PSI*

SS316 HIP gauge*

Acrylic flowmeter to monitor drinking water output*

PVC diversion valve to direct output overboard or to tankage*

Salinty tester, hand held, 0-999ppm

Instruction and installation manual

All HIP fittings included are SS316.  All hoses from the pre-filter/s to the outlet valve are included.
